Hi! I'm Diana. I'm an artist, author and educator.

I thrive as a creative person. I'm a self taught creative with several talents--I've been a musician--a violinist--in my past, and I am currently a fiction writer and a visual artist. I enjoy customizing toys in my spare time, in particular My Little Pony. I strive to make accessible, relatable stories and art pieces that bridge the gap between scientific accuracy and magical fantasy.

The vast majority of my pieces are created using traditional methods. I'm of the notion that creating with ones own hands--be it painting, drawing, coloring and writing--is not only cathartic but a true means of being human.

I love to travel to new places, collect rocks and minerals, dabble in various music genres, religions and belief systems, and I'm of the notion that, as Celine Dion sang, the heart does go on beyond our corporeal existence.

Thank you for visiting my DeviantART portfolio page.

Hi all. DeviantART has been rewarding creators who rely upon AI generated art to create their works. My personal belief is that art is created from human experiences. It is a connection to what some refer to as Divine Source/All/Universe/Insert Deity Here. It is a connection to Nature, the mind, the heart. While robots and AI are helpful in some ways, I feel that a machine can never fully replicate/replace the human experience of creating art. Much less a machine that is often used for the benefit of its creators, in twisted and illegal ways in some cases. I am disappointed in how DeviantART is promoting/pushing the sale of art that is solely/primarily AI generated and disregarding those who create without these tools. I am a traditional creative, one who works with their hands to paint, draw, color and shape whatever I am passionate about in a moment in my lifetime. Making art for me is a cathartic release, a form of therapy, and a deeply personal experience. I cannot
